🗓️ THE 6-WEEK PROGRESSIVE STRUCTURE
The challenge is broken down into three focused 2-week blocks:
BLOCK 1: FOUNDATION (Nov 10 - Nov 23)
- Training Goal: Master form, build consistency. Requires 4+ Classes per week.
- Accountability Habit: Nutrition Focus—5/7 days with ZERO added sugar/liquid calories.
BLOCK 2: PROGRESSION (Nov 24 - Dec 7)
- Training Goal: Increase intensity (heavier weights/faster pace). Requires 4+ Classes per week.
- Accountability Habit: Hydration & Prep—5/7 days with 64oz water AND 1 documented meal prep session.
BLOCK 3: FINISH STRONG (Dec 8 - Dec 21)
- Training Goal: Maximize all efforts. 5+ Classes per week encouraged. Final WOD on Dec 21.
- Accountability Habit: Recovery—5/7 nights with 7+ hours of sleep AND 1 dedicated active recovery session.
